Day 1: Rhino Trekking in Ziwa.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be picked up by our guide and transferred to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here, you will have the opportunity to trek on foot to see Uganda’s only rhinos in the wild. After the trek, you will head to your accommodation at either Murchison River Lodge, Pakuba Lodge, or Fort Murchison Lodge, depending on your budget and preferences via the top of the fallls.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls.
On this day day two of the twelve magical safari after breakfast, you will set off for a morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park. Here, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including large herds of elephants, large prides lions, leopards, giraffes, and many various antelope species. In the afternoon, you will take a boat cruise along the Nile River to the bottom of the magnificent Murchison Falls for three how and enback on an enroute game drive, You will then return to your accommodation for the night.
Day 3: Visit the Top of Murchison Falls.
After a leisurely morning, you will visit the top of Murchison Falls for breathtaking views of the Nile River cascading down through a narrow gorge. You will then return to your accommodation for the night.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park.
After breakfast, you will transfer to Kibale National Park. You will have the opportunity to stop at various scenic spots along the way. You will then check in to your accommodation at either Turaco Tree Tops for luxury, Isunga Lodge for midrange, or Kibale Forest Camp for budget accommodation.
Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Swamp Walk in Kibale National Park.
After breakfast, you will head out for an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking experience in Kibale National Park. You will then take a nature walk through the nearby Bigodi Swamp to see a variety of bird species and other wildlife. You will return to your accommodation for the night.
Day 6: Visit the Geysers in Semuliki and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After breakfast, you will visit the hot springs and geysers in Semuliki National Park. You will then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you will check in to your accommodation at Elephant Plains for luxury, Marafiki for midrange, or Bush Lodge for budget accommodation.
Day 7: Morning and Night Game Drives and Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Today, you will have the opportunity to take a morning and night game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park to see a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, hyenas, and more. You will also take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel to see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. You will then return to your accommodation for the night.
Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi.
After breakfast, you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience. After the trek, you will transfer you will either vist batwa or relax at the lodge, where you will take a nature walk to explore the park’s rich flora and fauna. You will spend the night at either mahogany Lodge for luxury, trekker Rock for midrange, or ride for a woman budget accommodation.
Day 9: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
After an early breakfast, you will set off for your gorilla trekking adventure in the dense forests of Bwindi. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get up close and personal with the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. The trek can take between 2-8 hours, so be sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring plenty of water and snacks. After the trek, you will return to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest.
Day 10: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park.
After breakfast, you will transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, a stunning park known for its scenic landscapes, rolling hills, and diverse wildlife. You will have the opportunity to take a nature walk to explore the park and its many inhabitants, including zebras, giraffes, and antelopes. You will spend the night at either Mihingo Lodge for luxury, Rwakobo Rock for midrange, or Eagles Nest for budget accommodation.
Day 11: Relaxation at lake Mburo National Park.
Today, you will have a chance to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery at Bwindi. Take a guided nature walk to explore the rich flora and fauna of the park, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. You can also visit the local communities to learn about their cultures and way of life
Day 12: Departure.
Today marks the end of your 12 Days Magical Safari Experience in Uganda. After breakfast, you will transfer back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight. As you say goodbye to Uganda, you will carry with you memories of the beautiful landscapes, diverse wildlife, and friendly people that make this country so special
