Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park for gorilla tracking tour
A full day will be dedicated for you to travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and your day road trip begins after breakfast. Our professional driver guide will pick you up at the hotel, brief you and at 8:00 am, you start the 8-9 hours’ drive trip to Bwindi which is located in Albertine rift area in Southwestern Uganda.
Traveling to this park involves navigating along the Kampala-Masaka-Mbarara-Kabale route, one of the interesting tourist routes that also allow you to make a stopover at the Equator crossing. At Igongo Cultural Centre, en-route lunch will be enjoyed and you continue to Bwindi Impenetrable NP while enjoying the beautiful view of Kigezi hills.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable N. Park/3 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour
After breakfast, expect to assemble at Bwindi Impenetrable N/Park headquarters for the morning briefing about gorilla trekking rules and regulations. During the briefing, you will also be allocated a family of habituated mountain gorillas and the actual trek starts at 8:00 am. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park has 4 regions and each has already habituated gorilla groups.
Each gorilla family will be tracked by a maximum of 8 guests today and you will be accompanied by an experienced park guide. The trek may last for 2 to 6 hours and includes one hour of a close encounter, observing how these unique apes behave and for you to also take pictures. Start trekking back to the lodge where you will be relaxing till evening when you will go to visit the Batwa community for a cultural experience, entertainment from dances, and music performances.

Day 3: Depart from Bwindi Forest to Kampala/Entebbe
